Dr. Girish G Borawake

Dr. Girish Borawake is a senior Physician and a Critical Care Intensivist based in Pandharpur, a city in Maharashtra's Solapur district. After obtaining the MBBS and MD (Medicine) degrees through Government Medical College in Miraj, Dr. Borawake commenced medical practice in 1989. He runs his own hospital, the 25-bed Borawake Hospital and Pathology Lab, which is equipped with a 10-bed ICU. Dr. Borawake has a special interest in critical care and has served as a Criticial Care Intensivist for the last 10 years, in addition to his role as a Physician. During this period he has handled approximately 2,000 OPP cases, 2,500 AMI cases, and had 10,000 cases on ventilator. He started Cathlab in December 2014.

Dr. Borawake is VP of Pandharpur Medicare ICU, Secretary of Pandharpur Heartcare Centre, and Director of Yashkirti Vidyalaya. On the personal front, his hobbies are badminton, photography and driving.
